Important features would be ease of setup, useand customization, widget support, SEO optimization, auto-upgrade, built in contact form and spam filter. Also am interested to see how the listings are imported into the site, whether through IDX, a plug-in or manually entered. I'm sure there are other things worthy of mention, but that's all I can think of for now! I'll be looking forward to the demo!
